Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, card, checks and digital payments. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Services may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances to ensure the best results and safety. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible.

Customer agrees to provide access to water and all service areas. Please ensure windows and doors are closed and outdoor items are removed prior to service.

While we use professional equipment and cleaning solutions, some stains (including oil, rust, deep organic staining, or oxidation) may not be fully removable. We strive for the best possible results but cannot guarantee complete restoration in all cases. HydroLux Exterior Services LLC is fully insured. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to loose siding, cracked concrete, deteriorated wood, improperly sealed windows or doors, or any areas with prior structural issues. We are also not responsible for damage caused by improper installation of surfaces.
